Emergency Flood Gel Bag Scheme

We are working with parish councils in areas that have seen previous flooding and have made available emergency stocks of gel bags, which are kept within each parish/town area.

Should your home be at immediate risk of flooding, and you live within the following parishes, please contact your parish council to arrange collection of free gel bags to protect your property.

Please be aware that these stocks are only to be used in emergency, unexpected situations. If you have previously been impacted by flooding then we strongly recommend that you take personal action to improve your flood defences and ensure that you have your own sandbags ready in case you need to use them.
