Equipment for the David Taylor Memorial Hall

Project summary

We have almost completed the building of the new village hall in Heather. This building will be equipped with everything that will make it a great place for all age groups and satisfy all interests of residents in and around our village.

For young people:
• Large screen TV
• Xbox
• Snooker table
• Music centre / docking station
• Giant bean bags
• Two sofas.

For all age groups:
• Four laptops
• Two large easels
• Painting equipment
• Wool, needles and pins for knitting and sewing activities
• Craft kits.

For essential use:
• Tables
• Chairs
• Mugs, glasses, cups and saucers
• Kettles
• Cutlery
• Microwave.

For safety:
• Spotlights – two towers with two lights on each

For office:
• Desk
• Chair
• Metal cupboard filing cabinet
• White board
• Display cabinet/information board.

These items are our 'set up wish list'. Some really essential and useful equipment we have already been offered e.g. sound system.

We want our village hall to be a great place for events, clubs and groups and for it to develop our community in a very special way. We want this village to be a place where people are happy to be. Please make us the project you vote for.
