Every council in the country sends a list of prosecutions under the Health and Safety At Work etc Act 1974 to the Health and Safety Executive.
The information is collated and a yearly report produced.
The report is available on the HSE Health and Safety enforcement and prosecutions in local authority enforced sectors webpage.
