Public Notice - Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Licensing Policy

The Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Licensing Policy will come into effect on 31^st January 2025 in accordance with the regulations.

Prior to coming into effect, the Statement of Licensing Policy will be published here for a period of 6 weeks. This is also available for inspection at the NWLDC Offices, Customer Services Centre, Belvoir Road, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 3PD. The date of publication of the policy is 13^th December 2024.

We are responsible for issuing and regulating a wide range of licences, permits and registrations relating to taxis, premises under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005 along with various occupations and activities.
