Bidding for contracts

The council's invitation to tender processes are undertaken using the eProcurement system East Mids Tenders (ProContract V3). Suppliers will need to register with the system(s) to access tender documents. There is no cost for this.

Invitation to tender processes are used for contracts or purchases with a value of £25,000 or above.

Route to market

Before undertaking any procurement we will examine the requirement to determine whether we can meet the need with the resources we already have.

Should goods, service or works need to be purchased then we will evaluate any pre-existing contracts or frameworks to decide whether they are suitable for us to use.
