Are you organising an event on district council land?
If you wish to use North West Leicestershire District Council land for your event, permission will be required. We will require at least 12 weeks notice prior to the event to consider your request. Please be aware that submitting an application/request does not guarantee permission and each application will be considered individually.
Information to be submitted with this request must include:
- date
- time and duration of the event
- a plan of the area you wish to use
- nature of the event
- activities planned
And be sent to community.focus@nwleicestershire.gov.uk.

Other public land
This could be land owned by your local parish or town council, Leicestershire County Council or Housing Association, the recommendation is that you contact these organisations at least eight weeks in advance.
