Sport
Walking Football - Is a slower version of the traditional game, perfect for anyone wanting to get back into the sport or try something new! You can find these sessions at 4 locations.

Steady Steps
Steady Steps is a 24-week programme tailored to those who have previously fallen or worry about falling and is designed to help improve balance and stability. Delivered by Level 4 specialised Postural Stability Instructors, the classes are tailored to each individual's abilities and will progress in difficulty throughout the programme. Steady Steps Plus
Once participants have completed their 24-week Steady Steps programme we want them to continue being active and keep up their good work. The aim is to continue to support participants in developing their strength, stability and mobility to reduce their risk of falls.

Easy Movers
Our easymovers classes are suitable for people looking to start taking part in physical activity for the first time in a while, recovering from an injury, suffering with a long-term illness, health problem or impairment, or looking to develop some strength and balance to reduce their risks of falling. Our qualified instructors will tailor the content of these sessions to meet the needs of all participants attending so come along and see if it suits you.

- Mondays - Castle Donington Community Hub - 11am-12pm - Free
- Wednesdays - Coalville Christ Church - 10am-11am - £3
- Thursdays - Packington Village Hall - 1pm-2pm - £3
Seated Exercise to Music
Our seated exercise classes give you the opportunity to be active at your own pace in a relaxed environment. A chance to mobilise your joints, increase your strength and socialise. It involves a mix of seated aerobics, strength exercises and balance (optional) to suit you. Your body, your call, come and give it a go.

Activity Bingo
Our activity bingo classes involve a game of bingo with a twist. If an exercise ball is picked out then it’s time to perform a seated exercise! A brilliant, and gentle way to stay mobile and healthy.

Healthy at Home
Our fabulous instructors have created exercise videos for older adults on falls prevention, including staying strong and staying strong plus, as well as some chair basked workouts called staying mobile. Take a look and try them out now on Healthy at Home for Older Adults.
Other Activities
Age UK - Offer opportunities for older people to take part in physical activity that helps them stay active in ways that suits their needs and abilities. Often the activities we run also provide the opportunity to meet new people and form new friendships.
