Estate Evaluators

In 2018 we started a new tenant led initiative – Estate Evaluations.

We trained about 20 tenants to act as Estate Evaluators.

Pairs of tenants evaluate a particular area and focus on communal and shared areas looking for issues like fly tipping, dog mess or graffiti and generally assessing the area.

Tenants completed six evaluations in 2018 in Ashby, Greenhill, Ibstock, Kegworth, Hugglescote and Moira and further evaluations were completed over the summer of 2019.
