The Landlord Services Working Group is made up of tenants, leaseholders, officers of the council, the Housing Portfolio Holder and Shadow Housing Portfolio Holder.
The group review, monitor and help to improve the Housing Management, Asset Management and Repairs Service delivered to tenants and leaseholders.
Areas that are of interest to the group include:
- Repairs
- Planned Investment
- Rents
- Anti Social Behaviour
- Allocations
- Tenancy and Estate Management
- Service Charges
This list is not exhaustive and there are many other areas of the landlord services that the group may examine.
