Food Allergies and Intolerances – Important Information
There is no cure for food allergy. The only way people with allergies can stay safe is by avoiding foods they are allergic to. Eating these foods can make them ill and could be fatal.
Businesses have a legal responsibility to serve safe food. Good allergen information and ensuring your staff are aware of and understand this information is vital if you want your customer to trust the food you serve.
*People with allergies value businesses where staff are knowledgeable about their menu.*
