A very successful course, run extremely well. The wellness and advice chat was very informative, creating ideas on change and help with diet and exercise.
The second half of the course was the physical element, again run very well, each person was monitored and given advice where needed. Each station was a challenge but dealt with efficiently.
Both Tom and Jennie were very kind to all, taking into account everyone’s problems!
They both had great sense of humour allowing everyone to relax and benefit greatly from the course
Congratulations to the organisations and I wish them continued and great success
Thank you Tom and Jennie 👍

I just want to say a huge thank you to you, Tracey and the team. This course has helped me so much in understanding arthritis and how to live with it.
Can you pass a special thanks onto Tracey because I can now get down a stairs so much easier and it’s not as scary anymore. Also for helping learn how to prep my mind before doing anything especially getting up off a chair.
I do hope this course continues as it is brilliant and should be held everywhere
