Are you a healthcare Professional?

Physical activity is safe, even for people living with multiple long term health conditions. Regular physical activity, in combination with standard medical care, has an important role in the management and prevention of many long term health conditions. The benefits of physical activity far outweigh any risks.

Active Together have developed a new staff training video. The video is packed with bitesize learning, physical activity information and tips for engaging with your community. Take a look at the Active Together Supporting our Community To Be Active video and feel free to share across networks.

If you are a medical professional or supporting an individual to be more active and would like further information please visit the Active Together Healthcare Professional FAQ page.
